The SI-TEX SRA-1 Rudder Angle Indicator gives helmsmen a precise, real-time analog readout of rudder position — a genuine asset when docking or working through tight quarters. Unlike indicators that place zero at the twelve o'clock position, the SRA-1 centers zero at six o'clock, so the pointer mirrors the actual rudder movement relative to the hull for a more intuitive read. Compatible with the SI-TEX SP-70 and SP-80 autopilots, as well as any autopilot equipped with a rudder feedback transducer and an output connector for a rudder angle indicator, it installs into a standard 3-3/8" circular dash cutout or an optional watertight ABS plastic case.
Specifications:
- 3-1/8" diameter analog faceplate
- Rudder angle range: 0–50° port and starboard
- Zero position located at six o'clock on the dial for intuitive rudder-relative movement
- High-visibility white characters and scale markings on black background
- Red and green directional markings for port/starboard identification
- Fits standard 3-3/8" circular instrument cutout
- Optional watertight ABS plastic mounting case available
- Compatible with SI-TEX SP-70 and SP-80 autopilots
- Also compatible with autopilots equipped with a rudder feedback transducer and rudder angle indicator output connector
- Up to five SRA-1 units can be wired to a single SI-TEX autopilot
