Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Elliott's Tackle & Rigging. We ship quality saltwater fishing gear across the United States. Here's exactly how shipping works.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

  • Standard Shipping — $15.95 (3–5 business days). *FREE on most orders of $129 or more.
  • 2-Day Express — $29.95 (2 business days after processing).
  • Oversized Items — $69.95. Certain large items (such as trolling motors and other bulky gear) ship at a flat oversized rate. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
  • Freight Items — $199.95. Select heavy or extra-large items ship by freight carrier at a flat rate and are clearly marked on the product page.

Free-shipping promotions do not apply to oversized, freight, or hazardous-material items. Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Severe weather or carrier delays can occasionally extend them.

Items with batteries or hazardous materials
Some products contain batteries or other materials regulated for transport (such as marine solvents, sealants, and certain batteries). For safety and legal compliance, these items ship by ground only and are not eligible for 2-Day Express or air shipping. Free-shipping promotions do not apply to hazardous-material items; they ship at the standard $15.95 ground rate regardless of order total.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elliottstackleandrigging.com with photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right.
