The Garmin GMI™/GNX™ Wired Sail Pack 52 brings together a complete wired instrument system for sailors who want reliable, real-time wind and water data. The bundle pairs the GMI™ 20 color display instrument and GNX™ 20 monochrome instrument with the gWind™ wired transducer and Airmar DST810 thru-hull smart transducer — everything needed to monitor depth, speed, temperature, wind angle, wind speed, and vessel attitude on a single NMEA 2000® network.

GMI 20 Marine Instrument

The GMI 20 features a 4-inch color glass-bonded lens display with an anti-glare finish that prevents fogging and boosts contrast. High-contrast daylight color schemes and selectable night modes (red/black, green/black, or standard night) with dimmer control support around-the-clock readability at up to a 170-degree viewing angle. The display shows depth, speed, wind, and more than 100 marine and vessel parameters with extra-large digits visible from a distance. Pages can be set to auto-scroll automatically, allowing flexible mounting locations throughout the vessel. Default profiles cover powerboat, sailboat, fishing, engine/fuel, and additional user-defined configurations. The unit draws power directly from the NMEA 2000® network.

GNX 20 Marine Instrument

The GNX 20 uses a glass-bonded monochrome LCD display with an anti-glare lens coating, presenting black digits on a white or color background. Digits are scalable up to 36 mm for high-contrast readability day and night. The instrument displays water depth, boat speed through water, water temperature, and more than 50 marine and boat parameters.

gWind Wired Transducer

The gWind transducer uses a 3-bladed propeller combined with a twin-fin design. The propeller geometry — unlike a cup-style anemometer — maintains efficiency at all rotational speeds, while optical reading delivers superior accuracy at low wind speeds and excellent linearity. The twin-fin configuration provides a more stable True Wind Angle (TWA), and the 3-bladed propeller improves True Wind Speed (TWS) accuracy in light air.

Airmar DST810 Thru-Hull Smart Transducer

The DST810 is a multisensor thru-hull transducer that delivers depth, speed, and water temperature data alongside attitude sensing for heel/trim and pitch/roll inputs, all output to the NMEA 2000® network. Maximum readable depth is 330 feet, water speed signal output runs at 5 Hz, and the operating frequency is 235 kHz with a fan-shaped beamwidth of 10×44 degrees. Bluetooth® wireless connectivity allows DST810 calibration through Airmar's Cast app, and advanced speed calibration supports multiple heel angles and speeds.
