The Furuno VHF-AIS Splitter allows the FA-30 AIS receiver and a VHF transceiver to share a single VHF antenna — no second antenna required. Note: the FA-30 cannot receive AIS signals while the VHF transceiver is actively transmitting.
Specifications:
- Compatible with Furuno FA-30 AIS receiver only
- Enables shared use of a single VHF antenna between the FA-30 and a VHF transceiver
- AIS reception is interrupted during VHF transmission
