The Airmar MM1-DST-RAYA is an 8-meter brand-specific adapter cable designed for use with Airmar 1kW Mix and Match™ transducer systems. It features an Airmar 9-pin female connector on one end that mates with the short 2-meter pigtail already attached to the transducer, and a Raymarine 6/9-pin connector on the other end for direct connection to compatible Raymarine electronics. Both the base transducer pigtail and this adapter cable are required for a complete installation. One advantage of this system is that if you switch to a different electronics brand later, only this adapter cable needs to be swapped out — the transducer stays in place. Note: 1kW Mix and Match cables are not compatible with 600W transducers or CHIRP transducers.
