This 4° angled rectangular base from Whitecap provides a reliable mounting solution for 1-inch OD tubing, tilting the tube slightly off vertical to follow deck camber or achieve a preferred rail angle. Machined from 316 stainless steel, it resists corrosion in both fresh and saltwater environments. Four 1/4-inch fastener holes keep the base firmly seated, and included 1/4-28 set screws (Part 6249) lock the tube securely in place.
