The TACO Marine Flared Weld-On Rod Holder is machined from Brite Dip anodized aluminum, delivering a polished finish and reliable corrosion resistance for harsh marine environments. A flared opening simplifies rod insertion, and the welded I-Beam pin locks the rod butt firmly in place — a design TACO confirms is 2.5 times stronger than competing holders. The form-fitted, fungal-resistant PVC liner is tapered to seat securely inside the flared body, shielding both rod and holder from wear. At 9-3/4" long with a 1-3/4" inner diameter, this holder welds directly to towers, T-tops, radar arches, railings, and leaning posts.
