The Rupp Folding Halyard Line Retainer keeps excess rigging lines tidy when telescoping outriggers are in the retracted position. Two spring-loaded, two-position cleats clamp directly onto the pole at your preferred spacing, letting you wrap and secure halyard lines quickly. When the outriggers are extended, the cleats fold flat and snap out of the way. The opposing cleat layout supports double and triple rigging setups, and the modular construction means locking components can be replaced or serviced over time.
