The Raymarine AIS700 is a Class B SO-TDMA AIS transceiver built for integration with Raymarine multifunction displays, chartplotters, radar, and select instruments. Using Self-Organized Time Division Multiple Access technology, it delivers extended range and faster update rates compared to earlier-generation AIS units. A built-in VHF-band antenna splitter lets the AIS700 share your existing VHF radio antenna, while a dedicated 72-channel internal GPS receiver with external antenna meets international AIS standards. Both hardware and software-controlled Silent Mode allow you to suspend your vessel's AIS transmissions while continuing to receive surrounding traffic data — useful in security-sensitive transits or competitive fishing situations. The compact housing fits easily behind a helm panel, in a service locker, or another out-of-the-way location, and the built-in NMEA 0183 multiplexer, NMEA 2000, USB 2.0, and SD card slot provide broad connectivity for legacy and current electronics as well as continuous AIS data logging.
