The Fierce V 4000 Live Liner is built around a full metal body and sideplate that lock the gear train in place under the stress of a hard-running fish. Four sealed stainless steel ball bearings team up with CNC Gear technology to keep the retrieve smooth retrieve after retrieve, while HT-100 carbon fiber drag washers deliver consistent pressure right through the fight. The Live Liner feature lets line peel off freely on a pickup without disturbing your drag setting — a real advantage when fishing live bait for stripers, redfish, or larger inshore species. Line Capacity Rings take the guesswork out of re-spooling in the field.
