The Minn Kota Fortrex 80 is a 24-volt, 80-pound-thrust bow-mount trolling motor built around an anodized aluminum Mono-Arm Design, a patented Lift-Assist mount, and built-in Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar that routes the transducer and all wiring internally through the shaft. A Removable Bowguard 360° bracket breaks away on impact from any angle and resets automatically, while the Counter-Tension Stabilizer eliminates play and steering torque for years of silent operation. The heel-toe cable-steer foot pedal delivers ultra-responsive speed and direction control, and the Digital Maximizer provides up to five times longer run time per charge by delivering only the power actually needed. Humminbird CHIRP sonar covers a wide frequency range for more accurate, detailed returns of fish, structure, and bottom compared to traditional sonar. The Weedless Wedge 2 prop uses swept-back flared blades to power through weeds and debris without the battery drain of chopping and hacking.
