The Garmin Update Rate Select Cable allows you to reduce position update output on the GPS 19x HVS antenna from the default 10 updates per second (38,400 bps) down to once per second via serial communications at 4,800 bps — useful when downstream devices require a slower NMEA 0183 data rate.
