The Garmin P19 is a nylon thru-hull transducer engineered for a nearly flush installation — only 5 mm (2/10") extends below the hull, keeping drag minimal on cruising powerboats and sailboats up to 9 m (30 ft). Its internally tilted ceramic element compensates for hull deadrise without a fairing block, projecting a true vertical beam for accurate depth readings to 206 m (700 ft). The right-angle, low-headroom cable exit and included rubber washer make installation straightforward even on irregular hull surfaces.
