The Garmin GT15M-THF brings mid-band CHIRP sonar to midsize fishing and cruising vessels through a flush-mount stainless steel thru-hull design that adds virtually no drag to the hull. Sweeping 85–165 kHz, it produces well-defined fish arches and clean bottom returns, reaching depths of 1,200 ft in saltwater and 1,900 ft in freshwater. Garmin Auto-ID recognizes the transducer automatically when connected to a compatible chartplotter, making initial setup straightforward.
