The Furuno DRS6ANXT is a solid-state Doppler open-array radar processor that brings pulse compression and Doppler frequency shift sensing to your helm. Compatible with TZtouch, TZtouch2, and TZtouch3 multifunction displays, it connects with simplified wiring and delivers a powerful suite of target management tools — including Target Analyzer, Target Tracking, Bird Mode, and RezBoost beam sharpening. Note: signal/power cable and open-array antenna must be ordered separately.

Target Analyzer

This Doppler-driven feature automatically color-codes radar echoes based on closing speed. Stationary objects, land, and targets approaching at under 3 knots display in green. Targets closing at 3 knots or faster turn red — whether your vessel is stationary or underway. Target Analyzer operates independently of your own ship speed.

Target Tracking

Furuno's Doppler processing acquires and tracks targets on nearly every antenna sweep, immediately displaying speed and course vectors. Hazardous targets are highlighted in red. The built-in ARPA signal processor tracks and displays up to 100 targets simultaneously across any range. Target trails and Furuno's True Trail feature provide a graphical depiction of target movement relative to your vessel's own motion.

Bird Mode

Selectable directly from the MFD, Bird Mode automatically adjusts echo enhancement settings to help locate bird activity — a reliable indicator of feeding fish below.

RezBoost

RezBoost beam sharpening technology increases target separation resolution beyond the standard NXT baseline. At maximum setting, both close-range target discrimination and long-range detection are enhanced.
