The Cisco Fishing Systems Slim Thumbscrew Mount Gunnel Plate is the lower half of the Slim Multi-Thumbscrew Mount system, fastening directly to the gunnel so the upper mount can lock in and release cleanly. Four threaded holes accept 1/4-20 x 3/4" thumbscrews, keeping the connection secure without tools. Machined from 3/8" thick aluminum plate, it stays rigid under load while adding minimal bulk to the rail.
