The Hangman Pulley design was developed for boats that have hardtops without handrails. This design allow you to elevate the pulley about 8", and position it near the sides of hardtop for a slight overhang if needed. In most situations, the planer board reel will run the board line to this pulley, as far forward as it can be positioned on the hardtop. This allows you to make tighter turns without the board line interfering with your rod tips.

The hangman can be secured to the vessel by track mount or thumbscrew mount.
