Designed specifically for hardtop boats without handrails, the Cisco Fishing Systems Hangman Hardtop Pulley Mount raises the pulley approximately 8 inches and positions it toward the edge of the hardtop for a slight overhang when needed. Mounting the pulley as far forward as possible on the hardtop lets your planer board reel run the board line cleanly, giving you tighter turns without the board line crossing your rod tips.
