The Cisco Fishing Systems 4" x 4" Thumbscrew Mount lets you pull rod holders off the gunnel at the end of a trip without tools and without hunting for loose hardware. A bottom plate fastens permanently to the gunnel and accepts four 1/4-20 x 3/4" thumbscrews, so the rod holder snaps on and comes off in seconds. Need holders in multiple spots? Additional gunnel plates are sold separately, letting you relocate your existing rod holders across the boat without buying duplicate hardware — check Cisco's Accessories page for those plates.
