The Airmar xSonic M135M operates across an 85–135 kHz medium CHIRP frequency range, delivering 1 kW of power and 50 kHz of total bandwidth from a single transducer. It resolves fish targets at depths to 457 m (1,500 ft) while maintaining sharp bottom detail and fish-target separation from shallow to mid-depth water. The in-hull mounting system uses a plastic base aligned to the hull centerline, filled with non-toxic antifreeze, and adjusted for deadrise offset so the beam fires straight down — no hull penetration, no exterior protrusions. That makes this an ideal choice for trailered or lifted vessels up to 11 m (36 ft) with solid fiberglass hulls. Patented Xducer ID® technology is built in, and the unit covers popular fishing frequencies of 88 and 107 kHz plus the full bandwidth between them.
