The Airmar B175M is a bronze thru-hull CHIRP transducer built for serious anglers — commercial fishermen, charter captains, and tournament competitors who demand precise, high-resolution sonar data. Operating across a 50 kHz bandwidth in the medium frequency range, it resolves individual baitfish and game fish from clutter and detects bottom at depths down to 3,000 m (10,000 ft). A single installation handles the full bandwidth, and the integrated depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor adds practical utility without extra hardware. This is the 0° tilt version rated at 1 kW, housed in bronze and designed for fiberglass or wood hulls. Note: a Mix and Match cable is required and sold separately.
