The Airmar B175L is a low-profile, CHIRP-ready bronze thru-hull transducer built for smaller vessels like center consoles. It operates across low frequencies from 40 to 60 kHz with up to 20 kHz of total bandwidth in a single installation, delivering strong deep-water coverage down to 762 m (2,500 ft). The Tilted Element™ design fixes the ceramic element at a 12° angle inside the housing so that, once mounted nearly flush with the hull, the beam corrects for hull deadrise and points straight down — maximizing echo returns and depth-reading accuracy. Paired with a Garmin 8-Pin Mix & Match cable, it adds both depth and fast-response water temperature sensing to compatible Garmin units.
