The Airmar B175HW delivers wide-beam, high-frequency CHIRP performance through a low-profile bronze thru-hull housing. Operating across 150–250 kHz with a constant 25° beamwidth, this transducer provides twice the upper-water-column coverage of most narrow-beam high-frequency units — producing clean fish arches and strong bottom detail down to 152 m (500'). The Tilted Element™ design fixes the ceramic element at 0° within the housing, correcting for hull deadrise so the beam stays oriented horizontally for maximum echo return. Suited for inshore and pelagic fishing alike, it ships with a Garmin 8-pin Mix & Match cable and includes depth and fast-response water-temperature sensing.
