The Airmar B164 is a 1kW bronze thru-hull transducer built around Airmar's Tilted Element™ technology, designed specifically for center-console and trailered sportfishing boats where a high-performance fairing isn't an option. Internally tilted ceramic arrays deliver a true vertical beam directly beneath the hull, while the flush-mount bronze housing protrudes less than 6.35 mm (0.25") — low enough to rest on trailer rollers and bunks without damage. Compatible with any 600W or 1kW echosounder and fitted with a 14-pin Humminbird plug, this transducer pairs depth capability with a fast-response water-temperature sensor in one compact package.
