Directions:

If mildew stains are already present, clean the area with Star brite Mildew Stain Remover before applying this product. Spray onto the surface to be treated and allow to air-dry. Wipe up any overspray. Reapply monthly. Test in an inconspicuous area before full application — if any adverse color effect is observed, discontinue use.
