A permanent-mold AC7A aluminum alloy base is pressed and hydra-formed together with a heavy-duty 2-7/8" extruded post — a proprietary process that delivers exceptional structural rigidity without relying on welds or mechanical fasteners. The anodized finish on both the post and base provides lasting corrosion resistance for freshwater and saltwater environments alike.
