The Raymarine B175H-W is a 1kW bronze thru-hull transducer engineered for fiberglass and wood hulls with 16–24° deadrise. Its tilted-element design compensates for hull angle, keeping the sonar beam pointed straight down for accurate depth and water temperature readings down to 800 feet. The wide-beam frequency range of 150–250 kHz delivers sharp bottom detail, and the urethane-protected element holds up to the demands of saltwater use. Note that all wide-beam models ship with a 2-meter pigtail; a separate extension cable is required to complete the installation — compatible options include the 10m extension cables A80327 and A80328 for single B75/B175 operation.
