Built in PENN's Philadelphia machining center — the same facility that has been producing big-game reels since 1932 — the International VI 16 VISS is precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and engineered for the demands of serious offshore fishing. The Quick-Shift II two-speed system pairs with a large stainless steel gear train so anglers can power through runs without losing momentum, while the Dura-Drag system delivers smooth, hesitation-free startup even at maximum drag settings.
