The Humminbird 14 M SILR Y is a Side Imaging left-right splitter cable designed for SOLIX® and APEX® chartplotters. It combines two Side Imaging transducers into a single sonar input, letting each transducer operate as an independent port or starboard sonar source — a practical solution when hull geometry or mounting obstructions prevent a single transducer from delivering a clean image on both sides of the vessel. The cable also supports the addition of a dedicated high-speed Humminbird 2D transducer for improved depth reading at speed, or an accessory Airmar® 2D transducer alongside an existing Side or Down Imaging transducer. Transducer ID functionality enables automatic recognition and simplified setup of compatible Airmar® accessory transducers when paired with the 14 M ID SIDB Y (720111-1).
