The Garmin Transducer Adapter Cable connects a GT30 transom-mount scanning transducer and an in-hull traditional transducer — GT15M-IH, Airmar P72, or Airmar P79 — to a single compatible echoMAP CHIRP unit simultaneously. When cavitation interrupts depth readings from the transom-mount transducer, the unit automatically draws depth data from the in-hull transducer, so your sonar display stays continuous without manual switching.
