The Garmin P19 is a nylon thru-hull transducer engineered for cruising powerboats and sailboats up to 30 feet. A large ceramic element reads depth and temperature to 700 feet, while the housing protrudes only 5 mm below the hull for a near-flush, low-drag installation. The 20° fixed internal element tilt is matched to hull deadrise angles of 16°–24°, projecting a true vertical sonar beam without requiring a separate fairing block. A right-angle cable exit simplifies routing in tight bilge spaces and resists accidental step-on damage.
