The Garmin GMI 20 is a 4-inch color marine instrument display designed for power and sail boats alike, delivering depth, speed, wind, and more than 100 other marine and vessel parameters on a glass-bonded, anti-glare lens that stays fog-free and readable from wide angles. Extra-large digits, a 170-degree viewing arc, and selectable night modes — red/black, green/black, or full color — keep critical data visible in any light condition. A dimmer control, auto-scroll page cycling, and four customizable default profiles (powerboat, sailboat, fishing, and engine/fuel) let you configure the display around your workflow. Two included trim snap covers allow the GMI 20 to blend seamlessly with GPSMAP 500/700 series, GPSMAP 8000 Glass Helm series, and legacy Garmin chartplotters, and the unit draws power directly from the NMEA 2000 network — no separate power wire required.
