The Garmin GHS 11 wired VHF handset lets you operate a compatible Garmin VHF radio from a remote station without added complexity. A rotary/push knob handles volume, squelch, and channel selection, while a dedicated button gives instant access to channels 16 and 9. Soft keys and a 2" dot matrix display mirror the layout of the main radio, and the coiled cable stretches from about 1 foot to nearly 5 feet for flexible placement. The built-in speaker mic supports intercom functionality when connected to an external speaker.
