The Furuno B164 is a 1kW flush-mount bronze transducer built on Airmar's Tilted Element technology, designed for fast, trailered sport fishing vessels that can't accommodate a traditional fairing. The ceramic arrays are tilted internally to deliver a true vertical beam aimed directly beneath the hull, while the housing extends less than 6.35 mm beyond the hull surface — sitting safely on trailer rollers and bunks without risk of damage.
