That open saddle — rather than a closed tube — means you can drop a rod or pull it clean even when chop picks up. Thirteen mount configurations are available, and an optional locking ring keeps the reel seated when conditions demand it. Every holder is machined from solid aluminum billet, finished with a military-spec anodize coating, and assembled to order in Brunswick, OH.
