Bennett's 12" x 9" Sport Tab System brings nearly four decades of trim tab engineering to performance boats that push past 60 mph. Built at Bennett Marine's Deerfield Beach, Florida facility, each tab is sheared and bent from heavy-gauge reinforced stainless steel -- never welded -- because welding compromises the metal's corrosion resistance. Through-hull hydraulics eliminate exposed external hoses, and every Hydraulic Power Unit is tested by both human inspectors and computer systems to confirm reliable tab deflection, solid hold under load, and smooth retraction.
