Built at Bennett Marine's Deerfield Beach, Florida facility, every component is sheared and bent from stainless steel — never welded — to preserve the metal's corrosion resistance. The M80's Batwing design delivers 30 percent more lift than conventional trim tabs, and the through-hull hydraulic actuators eliminate external hoses that can degrade over time. Each Hydraulic Power Unit is verified by both human inspection and computer testing to confirm proper deflection, firm hold, and smooth retraction.
