The Airmar B175HW delivers wide-beam CHIRP performance in a bronze thru-hull form factor with a 20° tilt angle. Operating across a 150–250 kHz frequency range with a constant 25° beamwidth throughout the entire band, this transducer provides roughly twice the bottom coverage compared to standard narrow-beam high-frequency CHIRP transducers. The consistent beam angle produces larger, crisper target returns on the display and improves fish detection in the upper water column. A Mix and Match cable is required and sold separately.
