The Airmar B164 brings 1 kW Tilted Element™ performance to vessels that can't accommodate a high-performance fairing. The ceramic arrays are angled inside a flush-mount bronze housing, directing a true vertical beam straight below the hull while the housing itself protrudes less than 6.35 mm (0.25") — low enough to rest on trailer rollers and bunks without risk of damage. Compatible with any 600 W or 1 kW echosounder, it pairs depth reading with a fast-response water-temperature sensor, making it a capable upgrade for center-console and trailered tournament sportfishing boats in the 25–35 ft range.
