The ACR Firefly® PRO WATERBUG SOLAS is a SOLAS-approved personal strobe light engineered for automatic water activation the moment it is submerged. Four selectable activation modes — armed (auto water-activation), ultra-bright strobe, SOS strobe, and Steady-On — give mariners flexible signaling options for alerting Search and Rescue. Wide-emission Cool White LEDs produce a true 360° beam at 41 candela with no yellow tinting, achieving visibility beyond 3 miles. Running on a single pair of AA lithium batteries, it delivers 56+ hours of continuous strobe or 28 hours of Steady-On operation, surpassing both USCG and SOLAS minimum requirements by more than 48 hours. The compact, military-spec housing fits inside an inflatable PFD pocket, and two lashing loops plus an included Velcro strap make it simple to attach to a life jacket, belt, or pack.
