Abu Garcia drew from its premium Revo® and Zenon™ lineups when designing the Max SX, borrowing the asymmetric frame geometry, V-Rotor, and V-Spool to produce a notably compact and lightweight spinning reel without sacrificing capability. The 6+1 stainless steel bearing system keeps the retrieve buttery smooth, while the Rocket Line Management™ System and braid-ready machined aluminum spool make it equally at home with mono or braid.
