Bennett Marine has been engineering trim tabs since 1960, and the BOLT Electric Trim Tab System represents the company's most advanced electric design to date. Built for trailered boats in the 17–28 foot range, the BOLT features a water-tight black nylon actuator with concealed wiring routed through the upper hinge — eliminating exposed conductors and the marine growth intrusion problems that plague older electric systems. The result is a quieter, more reliable installation that goes in fast without disassembling any actuator components. Note that a compatible control switch is sold separately and must be purchased to operate this system.
