Bennett Marine has been setting the standard in trim tab technology since inventing the electric trim tab in 1960, and the BOLT 12x9 Electric Trim Tab System carries that legacy forward with a genuinely modern design. Built for trailered boats in the 17–28 foot range, the BOLT replaces outdated actuator designs with a sealed, water-tight nylon unit that keeps wiring hidden and marine growth at bay. Note that a control switch is sold separately and is required for operation.
Features:
- Designed for trailered boats from 17 to 28 feet
- Cutting-edge actuator technology addresses water intrusion and structural failures common in older electric systems
- Wiring is fully concealed and routed through the upper hinge — no exposed wires in the marine environment
- Robust, water-tight black nylon actuator for dependable, trouble-free performance
- Main seal positioned high on the actuator to guard against marine growth and water intrusion
- Operates more quietly than competing systems
- Fast installation — no need to disassemble actuator components
- Best suited for single-actuator use; two electric actuators on the same tab cannot be synchronized
- Control switch required and sold separately
